Health Security Act
Proposed Amendment to the United States Constitution:
Section 1. The health of the nation being in the best interests of our national, economic and personal security, all citizens and permanent residents of the United States shall have the right to medical care.
Section 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Had to skip my meds last month because I couldnt afford the copay. This is wrong. Healthcare is a basic human right.
