I told the salesman navigation was a must and he showed me that the SX did have it...until it didn't when the complimentary UVO ran out. What a bunch of.BS from KIA liars.

UVO should definitely be a free service for at least first 3 years if not entire length of warranty. It was never explained to me at time of purchase that a number of features I was told this SVU offered, only work when the additional UVO service was purchased.

2020 Telluride does not have remote start on key fob. This was a huge oversight by Kia. Make and right and let us use UVO for remote start without the ridiculous subscription fee.

I own 2 Kia Stingers and when I bought the Telluride I asked where the fob for remote start was like the Stinger. Dealer said it’s on your phone but didn’t say you have to pay after 1 year. Terrible.

It's more of a novelty than a "must have". If you want to sell a quality vehicle, don't nickle and dime potential owners for what should be a complimentary service.

Remote start should be offered at a greatly reduced cost such as $5/month. I understand that it still costs Kia money to provide cell service to the vehicle.
