Remote start should not cost extra!
From what I have seen so far of the UVO app, I really see no enticement to pay after the free time period.

Please make UVO free. The remote start should have been built into the KeyFob. A software alternative should not be charged

Doesn't make sense to have paid close to $50k for a vehicle that after a year I won't be able to remote start... Please right this wrong.

The service needs WORK and the app as well. I agree this service be extended so the customers can use the service as smooth as possible.

Ultimate UVO package should b a standard and provided for minimum 3 years, 36000 miles.

With so many choices in SUV’s we chose the KIA but live far up north where it gets very very cold and we definitely need the remote start. Please prove to us why choosing the KIA was the right choice
