Stop making decisions about students without students!!!
Serenade was the only extremural activity I participated in during my studies at UP. Coming from a limited musical background it was a platform for me to develop and area I would not have otherwise. It was a beautiful, enriching cutlural experience. Please allow my two little brothers who are on their way to UP to have the same experience.
