I have been involved with serenade for nine years and not allowing students to perform on their own campus after months of extremely hard work is yet another example of UP's seemingly inability to take their students' needs to heart.

This tradition should go on. It's wrong to cancel it

Taking away something that students have been practicing for, for at least 5 months is a bit cruel and unfair. Why have facilities on a campus that the paying students can't even use...???

Why are you taking away all the traditions? Do you want us to live in a system? This is so dissappointing from UP!!!

Why not use the theatre? That's like having a car but refusing to drive it...

Do not stop this amazing tradition. Being a part of serenade in 2010 changed my life and it is one of this memories of tuks that I am most fond of. Do not take away this amazing opportunity for students.

The reason behind it all escapes me. Can we truly not respect other's traditions? Can't we let those who want to do it, who isn't harming anyone by doing it - just let them do it!
