Make the Shamrocks Great Again

Now that the dust has settled and football season is underway. I would personally like to thank all of your for your support. Goes to show that family doesn't always need to be blood. What Kelly and Cole have done for all the boys who have came to the program is absolutely incredible to say the least. I will always remember what Kelly told me before he left and it was "bubba you make sure that this program doesn't go down the toilet, you run it how it's supposed to be." Now every day I try my best to make Kelly happy but no matter how much I try no one will ever replace that man. So here's to Kelly and Cole for being such amazing people and here's to all of you for your support. Thank you everyone. Cheers. Go Shamrocks

I am not a football mom. I just think that coaches like him are hard to find. why push him out?

Amazing coaches are hard to find. Coaches like him can become friends to these children as they become adults, like my daughters old soccer coach, who pushed her to succeed in everything she does. Please, reinstate this amazing mentor to these children as they truly need him

Sorry copy and pasted should of said coach Bubba. I also wanted to mention it takes a very special person to DONATE their time, and the amount of time Bubba has put into this team ans each of the players. This is simply ridiculous ostracizing Bubba. Have the people that have requested Bubba to step down put in the effort and time and emotions that it takes to run a team as Bubba has.

My grandson is very impressed with this coach.

Last year was my sons first introduction to Football. My son had no background in football and last year he started playing for the first time. Corey took the time with him, to learn the game and was always a positive influence. I was pretty disappointed when I heard Corey had been pushed aside for no good reason. Corey is an EXCEPTIONAL coach and the players backed that up on the field. The season has not started so this wrong can be made right and get Corey back coaching the Shamrocks.

I did already sign this but I just wanted to put in a comment. Corey did help Coach me when I was on the Anarchy women's league and I could see right from the get-go his passion for the game. But I thad no idea how much he truly put into it until he became head coach for the shamrocks team. Football is his life, he always puts the boys needs before his own and would do absolutely anything for them at any hour of the night. I have seen this first hand. I also know he has taught the boys that working hard and staying humble will always make them winners, even if they don't necessarily win a game. I do not agree with how unfair the board has treated him especially because he's been a volunteer for as long as he and I have known each other, and has put so much into the program. He would always try his best to follow in Coach Kelly's foot steps but got told the past is the past and to let it go.. what the board did was not right. Just let the coaches coach, and the team be a whole team because as far as I'm concerned shamrocks will not be the same without him.

Corey is a great coach my son has learned so much and the confidence he gives him is great! Be sad to loss someone who donates so much of his time!

Wow.. Very disappointed.. This happened a few years ago and if I recall he was asked to come back to coach. Leading his team to victory. I realize that it's not about winning.. What I do know is that the boys have nothing but respect for Coach Bubba

Never played Shamrocks or football before for that matter but I do know about coaching minor sports. Bubba is one of my best friends and I know how much time and effort he put into this organization and it's not fair for him to be put out of it so easily and unjustifiably. Many people don't realize how much stress coaches are under with the scrutiny of every single parent. Bubba managed it well and still came out with winning records. A sad day for all minor sport everywhere when a great coach can be tossed out of a club so easily.

Having watched the Shamrocks games and listened to all the positive comments from teams that Shamrocks were playing I believe coach Cole Lenek is a definite asset to the Shamrocks future success as a competitive and formidable team in the football league.

Both boys played and both boys loved their coaches ....yes that means Bubba!!!!

Bubba needs to continue coaching the Rocks

Bubba has been coaching me for two years now and I won't be playing for the last year of bantam without him and the rest of the other coaches.

Sad situation as far as I am concerned. If the parents involved don't want their kids to run or kick they best put them in a tu tu my opinion

Let the rocks be !

Coach Bubba was a great coach for both my boys! We appreciated all that he taught them on and off the field.

Leave the coaches of minor sports alone ! Or get your ass trained , certified and be willing to give up ALL YOUR SPARE TIME !
