We need City of Ashes movie to happen. All other book series get a movie for each book & Mortal Instruments shouldn't be any different.

I MUST have TMI: City of Ashes! I was so excited when they started filming and heartbroken that was stopped. The first one was great and great cast!

PLEASE continue with this movie!! I loved City of Bones and have full faith that more will be shown in City of Ashes! Also I am obsessed and in LOVE with the cast of City of Bones and would love to see them together again. Shadowhunters will not give up until we get this movie!

I've heard a lot of complaints regarding the City of Bones movie's faithfulness to the book and while yes, scenes were both changed and omitted, I thought that the movie remained as true as it could to the overall story. I understand movies can't be the same as their written counterparts and I personally view them as visual aids to help with the book. However, I saw the movie before having read the books so I may not be standing on the same ground as many of the other fans, but I will say that the movie was so amazing and entertaining for me that it inspired me to pick up the series, which I have found even more spectacular. All in all I would love to see City of Ashes on the big screen, especially if it includes the same stellar casting as City of Bones.

I fell in love with the books and for the first time a movie captured the characters perfectly. I would love for to see all the books on screen!
