I have been collecting feedback from many residents who feel the current floor finish at Waterway Sunrise II is inadequate. I am currently preparing a formal letter to the authorities to highlight these concerns regarding safety and surface quality.

The increase in support indicates that many residents share the concern regarding the condition of our flooring. This momentum confirms that our request for a proper finish is a matter of common safety and fairness. I appreciate the commitment shown by everyone who has joined this effort.

The floor is really bad. Collect dust so fast and hard to sweep. Need to smooth it out.
please fix the rough flooring. very dangerous for the old folks here.
My toddlers tripped twice this week already because the concrete is so uneven. Fix this now please!
Please, this is really unsafe for all the young kids & also elderly staying in the estate
Outside flooring need to be more smooth and beautifully done(looks like HDB doing a incomplete job). Also seldom see cleaner cleaning and washing.

Why is our estate like this? Other BTO projects look so much better. Very disappointed with the quality.
