Please unchain these poor dogs. Rewrite the laws to protect animals from being chained 24/7 365 days a year. That is no life for any living sentient being - especially dogs.

Dogs deserve better care and compassion. The law needs to enforce a humane law that will ensure that no animal gets abused and if it does the abuser is held very accountable and made an example of so that people know this is unacceptable !

Please help these animals whom have no voice. Chaining or tethering animals esp in extreme heat or cold is inhumane.
