Dear brothers and sisters,

MCC Masjid has been “imam-less” for a while. The community here is in need of an Imam that would lead the prayer; is educated in the matters of our religion; can conduct engaging lectures; and can connect with various age groups, especially us - the youth! The MCC board recognizes this and is in search of an Imam to fill this vacant position. Of the Imams being considered for this role, there’s Sheikh Ismail Alghazali. He's been invited to MCC for an ongoing, month-long, summer seminar where he'll go over multiple subjects, such as, the biography of the prophet Muhammed(PBUH), Islamic creed etc… The feedback has been great Alhamdu Lilah. We really enjoy his lectures and always look forward to attending them. You can tell the community was in need of an Imam by the number of attendees, many of which are from the youth! Your signatures, brothers and sisters, will provide the MCC board with the feedback they need to help them with their decision making.
