We, the 12th Man (hereinafter "Twelves"") salute Governor Jay Inslee for decreeing that January 10, 2014 is Seahawk Blue Friday (http://www.seahawks.com/news/articles/article-1/Governor-Jay-Inslee-proclaims-January-10-2014-Seahawks-Blue-Friday/15923540-0fd9-44c2-9818-2e06febc5bbb), and that February 5 at 12:12 p.m. was a Moment of Loudness (http://www.tri-cityherald.com/2014/02/04/2809080/governor-proclaims-moment-of-loudness.html).

We Twelves are thankful for the recognition for both the Seattle Seahawks and the greatest fans in the history of professional football. As such, we hereby petition Governor Inslee and the State of Washington to declare the following:

1. An annual Seahawk Blue Friday

2. An annual Moment of Loudness

These officially-sanctioned days would occur regardless of the Seattle Seahawks' win/loss record for the season, as true Twelves celebrate our team no matter what.

Such a decree would cost the state nothing, but may in fact help local businesses as Twelves tend to spend money on all things Seahawk, and tend to do so even more when there is any form of Seahawk celebration.

We, the undersigned, humbly request consideration and approval of this petition.
