let the man alone already! one or 2 word comments is an answer, so quit with the beyond ridiculous fines!!! :(
This last interview after the playoff game against the Panthers was painful to watch. He is obviously uncomfortable and forcing him to participate is harassment.
Stop harassing the players. You want comments about the game then leave for the conference meetings after the game, you do not need to harassing individual players and cause them to loose financial moneys just be cause you only got 2 words or less out of them. There job is to play the field and win, so leave it at that.
Lynch is a phenomenal football player that happens to have a major fear/anxiety problems when talking to the cameras. He's a wonderful person, and the harassment he faces by the NFL doesn't make Lynch look bad, it makes the NFL look bad for punishing someone for being human amd having something he's afraid of.
Leave my man alone. Don't you see it pains him? Give him another option to support and promote the NFL.

There's plenty of guys that don't mind and even like the media spotlight. Let them do their thing, and others opt out.
