They should keep the Northrup access open permanently! This new neighborhood is going to cause congestion in Port Weller East!

Boggles the mind...given the option of directing heavy construction vehicular traffic through a largely industrial/commercial subdivision vs. a residential subdivision seems obvious. Is safety not the over-riding priority?

For safety's sake if for no other reason, and there are others, Northrup should be used for all the construction and related trades' traffic

Residents should be able to enjoy their homes free from heavy equipment using their streets when Northrup is available for this use.

The foundation of our home has shook on numerous occasions and gave expected pictures to fall off walls due to the movement of heavy construction equipment.

Doing the right thing should be a no brainer given the options- using residential roads not meant for such activities or using available industrial roads nearby.

What is wrong with our endorsement of planning to allow construction traffic through residential areas which is our case

It is unbelievable that construction vehicles would be allowed to drive on residential roads not meant to carry heavy weighted traffic. Especially when there is a nearby industrial area with roads built to carru heavy vehicles.

City of St. Catharines should and must reconsider any present and future development decisions based not only current community advancements re: population density but also structure their present and future zoning decisions with a view of other Ontario areas and the results of those decisions (both adequate and disastrous outcomes).

Please limit any construction traffic to using the industrial roads around the site.
Stay away from existing residential areas.
Limit use of back up alarms on construction vehicles..
