Rehoming, fostering and saving dogs works. Education and working with rescues increases adoption rates. Dogs left at shelters should not be to blame for ill educated owners.

Rescues from the midwest have desperately tried to save many of the dogs in kill shelters in California, it is time to stop the killing and teach people to take their pets lives seriously.
