We need a mayor that keeps his campaign promises. Mayor Garcetti has betrayed and lied to us. He has betrayed the animals in our shelters. He only caters to the elite that give him money and couldn't care less about the people and their wishes. Oust Garcetti.

Madrid is the latest city that has acted responsibly, adopting a no kill shelter system. Very soon it shall be manditory, as the systematic killing of companion animals will no longer be accepted. We ask of our future Mayor, to take the steps now, to ensure our animals a life that does not end with deliberate and cruel euthanasia. The animal advocacy groups of the City and County of Los Angeles would be extremely indebted for your participation in this extremely important issue.

We ask you sincerely implement The No Kill Equation, as popularized by The No Kill Advocacy Center. Look them up, or read the book Redemption that was sent to Los Angeles council members and the mayor.
