There is a national epidemic in this country that is killing off our younger generation. This epidemic is SYNTHETIC DRUGS. They are in our communities, schools, corner stores and are ending up in the hands of our kids.
There is not enough awareness or education about these drugs, leaving our children unaware and uneducated about the serious dangers and side effects that these drugs cause. The faces above one of which is my son have all died from this drug...No one like myself ever thinks it would happen to them, not their family I use to think the same and then it happened...

The stories pouring into these comments are absolutely gutting. Every single one of them proves that synthetic drugs are killing our kids while the authorities look the other way. We are not going to let them pretend this epidemic is invisible anymore.

The momentum behind this petition proves that people are finished with the cowardice of lawmakers who ignore this crisis. We are hitting a nerve that the powers in charge can no longer pretend to ignore while our kids continue to die.

This is a ridiculous epidemic that's sweeping our nation. Killing so many women and men & children. Destroying families. This has to stop. Please make this possible. Will help more people become aware of the dangers of synthetic drugs. Thank you!!
My son Dakota overdosed on synthetic marajina when he was 15 I almost lost him so I will always support anything that has to do with this awful drug
To have a day, just one day, to observe nationally the holocaust this drug is causing may bring awareness much needed.
Almost completely ruined my 32 yr old daughters life! She looked as if she was having a siezure some of the time. Would sit in the dirt for hours. Come to, smoke. Come to, smoke. I took a video and showed her! Nodding off constantly!!! I’m so thankful she did not DIE!! Very difficult but she stopped smoking it! Thank God! This “Fake Weed” - “SPICE” MUST BE STOPPED!!! Please Br Aware!!

It is a digusting poison....those who try it have no idea what they are getting themselves into...This stuff killed my son at the age of 28...very happy to hear your daughter was able to over come

Spice is Horrible.my son ended his young Life because of spice..get this garbage off the streets and out of smoke shops..forever
