I don’t live on campus but the price you pay for not even en suite accommodation is deplorable. Well serviced and at the very least well subsidised efficient machines is the least you should expect..... good luck with your petition

Why isn't this free already? I am paying less money next year to stay in housing and receive all white goods in with my tenancy meaning FREE washing. Enough said really.

I don’t think it needs to be free but it definently needs to be cheaper. To wash my clothes and bedding and get them dry is a tenner and that’s ridiculous, especially given that I provide my own tablets and half of the machines are broken anyway

They get enough money from our drinking, people are living with stinky washing as the washing machine’s cost a bit of money when really they should be free as it lessens the strain on a student and is one less thing for them to worry about

Considering the fact the reliability of these washing machines are already questionable, with frequent issues with the QR scanner system when making payment, I've experienced issues where I've been charged for no service. Payment for this system is absurd and seriously needs revising.
