recent Infomation provided has shown just how bad the carp have taken over and something needs to be done now! i have started this petition to show DLWEP and the VFA that there is strong support to eradicate the carp and have the lake stocked and make it a great family fishing spot like it once was ....i support this 100% and i hope you do too....

THIS MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE AND PROVES HOW MUCH WE ALL CARE ABOUT BRINGING OUR LAKE BACK TO LIFE!! THE ENERGY IS EXPLODING AND IT IS CLEAR THAT THE PEOPLE WANT ACTION TAKEN ON THESE CARP IMMEDIATELY!!

I love Burrumbeet. They also need to find a way to run more water into it so it stays full for boating and fishing
Too many carp in there now its a joke. Used to be a top spot for redfin back in the day but now you cant catch a thing. Need to get the carp out asap
Bring back the trout! Would love to take the family out there for a weekend trip again if it was actually worth fishing
My husband and kids love fishing but we stopped going to Burrumbeet because of the mess. Please help us get our lake back!

I grew up fishing this lake with my dad and grand father, best fish and memories in my life..... would like 2 make new memories with my young son, very sad 2 see the way it is these days cheers
