Final supporters
Adapting to normal life in the post-pandemic era can be difficult. We, the second-year students at Bayes Business School, all agree that exams in January should be held online. We have been administered exams and assessments from familiar environments for the past two years. Additionally, some modules are still being taught online up until today. Although Bayes teaches and emphasizes the importance of adaptation in both our curriculum and our daily lives, we believe that the current approach for the January exams is quite radical.

I have formally submitted a summary of these concerns to the department head and am awaiting a written response. A meeting request is pending to discuss the logistical inconsistencies between our current online module delivery and the planned in-person assessments.

The administration has acknowledged the surge in petition support and I have secured a meeting with the program office to discuss our request for online exams. I am currently drafting a formal document outlining our logistical concerns to present at that meeting.

Online exams please, so many other universities are doing exams online and I feel like this is a lot more fair and efficient.

Most students haven’t done a face to face exam in 3-4 years. I don’t find it reasonable for students to do the exams in person. Most students prefer exams to be online, they will be more prepared and more relaxed.
Even if the uni says that they will make exams harder for the people who will do January exams online, it's still an unfair advantage since they get to basically do it as an open book. They should make it either fully online or fully in-person. I think they should make the exams online until they are able to get all of the students in the same year to come in person.
We were taught online the whole last year and the exams have been scheduled to be on campus which is unfair to this batch.
