You will not find a better person for this position. Howie has proven himself as a leader time and time again. Anyone that knows him can tell you his integrity is unquestionable and the respect from his colleagues has been earned.

I have personally met howie many times, he has helped with my sons boy scouts group and always ALWAYS been an awesome man!

If this dumbass city manager doesn’t hire this guy then he will be completely responsible for the collapse of the Greenville City PD. He’s an absolute idiot for even considering hiring outside the agency.

I’m for him becoming the Chief! He has done a great job. He has handled major problems for the city and proved he can handle them with honor and professionalism! He has my vote!!

I have worked with Howie on numerous occasions in law enforcement. He is, in my opinion, perfect for this position!
