I volunteer many hours each week to help train and socialize service dogs. When unqualified pets are given the same access as qualified working service animals, I take this violation personally.

I believe intentional misrepresentation of a dog as a service animal should be a felony offense.

If you don't know that then you don't have any personal Relationship with one of these Ligitimate well trained Magnificent assistance dogs That are so loyal and loving To the children or adults who Are fortunate enough to share their lives with. These assistance dogs are Specially trained by an Organization such as NEADS. These dogs serve the utmost Respect from all people. These fake "service dogs" are becoming a huge nuisance for people with real disabilities. I fully support this bill.

This is a big problem. My SD has been lunged at twice by an out-of-control untrained dog wearing a SD vest. My SD keeps me safe and independent. I need to be able to trust that other dogs around us in the community are doing the same.
