This was a real hub of the community which has sadly been removed for the current semmer residents. The existing pools in B and D have green mould all over the sides where tiles are missing and could also do with maintenance but not until the big pool has been opened.

We had decided to go for semmer villas considering the fact that it comes with a community center that is free for semmer villa residents. Hence , request you to kindly do the needful and open the same for us , as it nearly end of the year now

The free access to community center was one of the main attractions when we were offered the villa in Semmer. Needs to open with all amenities. Thanks.

I have emailed on a monthly basis regarding the closure of the lap pool. DSO advised 40 days and it has now been over 400 days.

We would like to be able to use the community facility as promised before we signed the rental agreement.
Would you please also consider adding brighter lights to playground near swimming pool area for A&C ? Winter time it gets dark quickly and it’s quite dark for the kids.
Please kindly improve the playground for smaller children as well.
