Make Community Centre Facilities accessible for Residents

This was shown to us by the property agent during the time of signing the contract for the lease. He says it was just closed for repairs and due to safety concerns during lockdown.

Please we need to get access to the gym and the big pool all the center facilities

Please open up the community centre for us.

Please make the facilities open to residents

The Sports and recreation facilities Semmer Villa community Centre were told to be part of the community amenities.

Community centre is not opened yet for resident usage

They advertised it as free i aint paying shi

We need the community center for our usage . We were told while renting that it’s part of community but still not permitted to use

As for me. I am so upset and disappointed. I wouldn't rent in this community if i would have known before of the quality of the services.

Open quickly and don’t charge extra
