Make Community Centre Facilities accessible for Residents

Now with UAE opening up there is no reason for community centers not to be opened to residents.

All compund facilities should be accessible for all residents. It is not an option.

We moved here to have free access to the gym while my family could use the pool facilities. The other pools on the community need maintenance but we need to have some alternative facilities to use! This was sold as part of our lease. Please reopen the community Centre to residents

When we moved to Semmer Villas, the community Centre was used a selling point and an advantage to residents. Tenants should be able to use the facilities free as charged and promised.

Community facilities must be made available fir the community as informed during the leasing of the villa. Request DSO to honor the commitment
