Make Chipotle care about their Employees
As an employee of 8 years and a General Manager I have come to find that Chipotle has stopped actually caring about their employees. Their only concern is the bottom line. In the past few months they have taken paid breaks from our teams and continuously decreased the amout of labor we get effecting the happiness for the employees and Customers.
Not only have they been decreasing the amount of labor, The manager work load has become overwhelming with multiple assignments being added at the same time with unrealistic time frames from corporate, regional and district leadership taking time from developing our teams effectively and trying to provide an excellent guest experience
This is just a fraction of the issues and frustration that managers and employees have been dealing with and they can't voice their concerns due to fear of retaliation and ridicule. The leadership does not listen, care or want to hear the actual issues managers and employees have with chipotle. This need to change and the only people that can make it happen are the employees. Please sign the petition so we can let the leadership know we aren't content with the increasing workload, the constant belittling by our leadership and the fear of voicing our opinions.
