Make lunch longer so everyone can have time to pick up or order and get there food on time and be able to eat with out a rush

I agree, we take tests throughout the year and then next day it's the STARR or just other tests. At least less work and more lunch time for students AND teachers to enjoy. Less work also helping teachers, they get stacks upone stacks of work from 100s of students a day. Less work would benefit both students and teachers, and more lunch time would be a blessing for both sides.

I totally agree with this petition. We have a life too! My days feel so short because of all the work I have to do after a tiring day of school. I also believe we should have a longer lunch period. I get very hungry throughout the day to only have 30 minutes of lunch since they want to make advisory 30 minutes long now. Yes, that’s okay for the people that didn’t pass STAAR, but what about those who did pass? It’s not fair! We work hard to succeed in these major tests but it doesn’t matter because those who didn’t pass pull us down with them. I expect more consideration and equality for students.

High school shouldn't be this way and it's genuinely tiring because some of the students, such as myself, have to work to help support the family and I wouldn't have enough time or energy to do that which will affect my home life even more if this advisory idea were to be put into play.
