Hemp has been around for hundreds of years and "used to be" used as textiles & in foods. Commercial hemp has literally no THC (mind altering chemicals), and it is proven and now legal to ingest commercial hemp (no THC/no CBD) products for health & wellness, similar to fish oils, and other plant based oils. There is no logical reason to keep the natural CBD makeup out of commercial hemp, as it has positive effects on the human body, it is not psychoactive, the plant is much more economical to grow/harvest, and it should be treated as a herb, like many other herbs. By keeping this from the people you are forcing a black market. So please legalise this god given herb!!

It is imperative that CBS become easily available to those that need it to have a better quality of life and like me not have to take prescribed opiods to try and get through the day as best as we can. If CBD was made more easily obtained then I would hope it would become more affordable especially for the older generation who struggle enough on a pension.
