My husband needs this for pain

Our nephew who is severely disabled needs this, our dear family friend who suffers from chronic pain needs this, our dear neighbor who cannot take normal pain killers needs this - please help!!!

The results with some people have been worthy of trial with many more.

Complex Ptsd, generalized anxiety disorder, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, insomnia, mood disorder, severe TMJ dysfunction, OCD. Long time sufferer of all mentioned. Very few medications are successful and often have severe side effects. I believe it is MY human right to be able to legally consume/trial cbd oil or any other form of medicinal cannabis if there is a chance it will relieve or cure my debilitating illnesses which cause me endless amounts of suffering.

If this product can help people in any way at all with their health problems then our elected representatives should pull their collective fingers out and simply make it available.

Allowing access to CBD change the lives of so many, including me! I have Trigeminal Neuralgia aka "the Suicide disease", may people in the US are getting their pain under control and back to a functioning work life!

With a family who suffer different problems that this would assist with - cancer, epilepsy, migraine, restless legs, to name a few - This would assist greatly with pain management!

I have a teenage daughter with a diagnosis of Autism, Intellectual Impairment and is non verbal. I suffer with neoropathic pain from a damaged sciatic nerve, depression and anxiety. Cannabis Oil with no THC has zero side effects and has been only beneficial. Our health management is our right and our choice.

I suffer many bone dieases such as scoliosis osteoarthritis spinal bifida stenosis in spine n hip, arthritis in the spine plus more, coz of all these problems,my back broke so there for they had to do a lumbar L5/L5/S1 fusion which was more work n complications than they thought due to needing more work needed to be done. :-( This op was done 4 years ago, 2 years ago they found I also had a big tear in the hip joint which tore the cartledge as well and said I was lucky so with bboth ops so close it delayed my healing n recovering! :-( so I took longer to recover ect but sadly my left side was still weak ect. I started getting lots of pain again,test were done again last year which shows I in fact have fractures in one of the rods n 2 screws!!! :-( so now they want to operate again but I said no way!! I am already in lots of pain and struggle to move alot ect so I rather see what happens. :-) thank you. I also have the brain illness LKS which is epilepsy of the brain!! Plz plz make this lehal,would help so much for so many people for many reasons. Thank you

Hi i am in pain all day every day. I have sever degeneration in my neck and lower spine with bulging disks and slipped disk, all is now severely riddled with arthritis, the medication the doctors prescribe make me very ill and are not working for me anymore, I do not want to go on morphine as it is highly addictive but leagel. I still have a long life ahead carrying this burden as I am 47. I am a single mother with a loving wonderful daughter to care for at 15 and a family with 2 grandchildren my wonderful son provided, all of this makes me feel thankful and fortunate. I work hard as a cleaner in building and domestic roles, i am not qualified for non labor intensive employment that cover the cost of living. The pension is well out off reach unless on my death bed. a good friend has assisted me with a little medical Hem that I can no longer attain because of the leagle issues, this is the best treatment for many of elements. I cannot understand this to be still not legal and accessible to all. after watching Gaia i now understand everything about the system thank you Gaia. All my blessings and Love for a better new world for us all

So many people would benefit from this oil, please make it legal. My son has no quality of life, the man made drugs are not helping. PLEASE HELP

I have relaping Multiple Sclerosis and there is extensive research and evidence that CBD assists and aids those with MS. There are 5 pharmaceutical medications I could ditch (1 which had significant side effects I had to stop taking because it caused my white blood cells to drop, and gave me bascel cell carcinoma). These synthetic drugs are accessible and offset my the PBS yet, medicinal products like this aren't. This not only upsets and infurates me, but doesn't leave me any confidence in our checks and processes of our law makers, when something so blatantly works yet wont be legalised or supported. I sign this petition in support and hope my voice and story is heard, as having a disease and illness like this is the worst, particularly when people who can make a change elect not too.

It is a disgrace and criminal that we cannot access cannabidiol as a medicine or a supplement. The government has no right to tell anyone they cannot use a plant or a herb. Government (politicians and various government workers) they do not own us, we do not belong to them, they have zero right to tell us what we can eat and what we can drink. Cannabidiol/hemp etc is competition to big pharma. Our politicians past and present are puppets/servants to big corporations (big pharma, mining.. etc) They have no right to intrude into our health and medical freedoms.
