I sent Commissioner Davis emails concerning this, July 7 & July 13. Heed this PC Davis before it's too late. Also, get those rifles assigned to officers who have qualified, but like all the BPD's other initiatives it lost its wind before it got off the ground. Why must you always work in hindsight? For once can you lead from the front instead of behind? Lives are at stake!
One more thing, you're the one referencing "Nat'l Best Practices," so get your vets into BEST Training ASAP.
God forbid something happens I'll let the media know how we tried to bring it to your attention.
