The feedback from our local community is deafening. I am currently drafting formal requests to present these findings to the county commissioners.

The momentum is undeniable. This shows Davis County is ready for change.

That's a sad thing that we have to pull back into our County's to exercise our second amendment rights. I thought that this country represented that right. Something has to be done even if it's to start with the counties to exercise the first and second Amendment, freedom of speech and the right to bear arms, I feel that our County being a sanctuary county is making a statement to the State and Federal government that is trying to undermine our Second Amendment .
Can’t believe we have to actually do this or that Davis County wasn’t the first in Utah!
I live in Layton and do not support red flag laws or other unconstitutional gun legislation. I support the 2A Sanctuary movement.
I am willing to go the lengths to protect ourselves from infringement of our rights
It's sad that we need to do this, but the 2nd Amendment is under attack and we shouldn't sign over our rights. Please work towards protecting us from aggregious government overreach.
I'm a resident and want our county to show support for our freedoms.

I’d like Davis County to become a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary! I don’t know why there needs to be a petition. I’d rather see the County, and even better the State of Utah stand up to protect its Citizens!
