I am honestly stunned by how many people agree with this idea. If we can reach that hundred mark it will show Disney that this is not just a passing thought for us.

She has a killer voice so if they keep it as a musical Amber would slay the role, not to mention she looks gorgeous in feminine and masculine clothing. Her androgynous beauty would translate quite well considering the movie's plot.
Accidentaly came accross this petition on YT. No idea of Amber's acting skills and slightly troubled by Amber as the girly version of Mulan, but I think Amber could nail the warrior version. So it is yes from me.
I do really hope that Amber Liu will be the cast of Mulan because from my opinion her personality is trully fit the charachter of Mulan, side of the facts that she is Chinesse and has a masculine character, also really good at martial arts.
I think Amber Liu fits the character exactly. Mulan isn't some overly feminine girl but a strong, independent girl who isn't afraid to risk her life for her family.
She's already a confident tomboy of a woman, who happens to also be beautiful, fluent in English, and in excellent physical shape. Not to mention her obvious eastern features, which would suit the character flawlessly. Provided she wishes to act, let her.

Yesss! There is no one more perfect for this than Amber. She has Chinese heritage, speaks Mandarin and fluent unaccented English, is a great singer, natural tomboy, very respectful with strong family values, is a great role model, and can dance and do martial arts and anything athletic. Literally can't think of anyone more fitting.
