Make Aggravated Animal Cruelty a Class Five Felony

Animal Cruelty should have been a Class Five Felony a long time ago. It needs to happen now.

It is way past the time for those to be punished for the Inhumane ways they treat animals and the unbelievable abuse and torture they are put through.

animal cruelty needs to carry a much higher sentence than 18 months-I think it should be life. It is just like human cruelty and murder

This is a far too overlooked problem, and in signing this petition I would hope a helping hand will be held out the voiceless that are ruthlessly and consistently abused. As well as more severe punishment for the abuser.

We need to speak and stand up, for these poor animals cannot do it themselves!!!!

Gotta protect or furry ones

All life should be respected and valued and any atrocity carried out on an animal should receive the same punishment as on a human.

It's our duty to protect the innocent from monsters in our society. My heart is broken and I want justice for this precious kitten.
