Make Aggravated Animal Cruelty a Class Five Felony

Egregious what this man did!

For God's sake. People like this need to be locked up permanently. Why do the judges have such a hard time protecting society from these monsters?

Minimum prison sentence for animal cruelty needs to be 5 years.

It has to have severe consequences.

People who treat innocent animals so ruthlessly should be treated the same way they treated the animals just so they know how it feels to suffer at the hand of someone else.

The patitioner is correct, phycologists have shown through studies that the precursor to murder,and serial killings.

Please change the law and make it more severe, so the people who want to torcher innocent animals will think twice before they proceed in doing such terrible things.... PLEASE...

Cruelty to animals show a serious lack of control and empathy in a humam being. It sets a terrible precedent when there is no appropriate punishment. We protect children because they are innocent and vulnerable. Animals should have similar protections! Sincerely, a Registered Nurse

PLEASE increase the punishment for ALL people who torture, mutilate and abuse ANY TYPE of animal. It is well know that this type behavior leads to abusing humans. PLEASE consider increasing these punishments to meet the crimes.

I feel animal cruelty should carry a much heavier penalty.

Eye for an eye sounds good to me - and a public display of the offender. Can we bring back stoning????

I am firmly against any sort of animal cruelty and I think any violators should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
