Make Aggravated Animal Cruelty a Class Five Felony

This is absurd! It definitely should be a class 5 felony.

My heart breaks for this poor kitten and his brother. Neither deserved the abuse that they went through. This guy needs to spend some serious time in prison for what he did to Loki. I pray that the laws here in Colorado change with the help of this petition and that Loki gets justice.
