Make overnight lodging in public a crime! My children shouldhave clean, safe parks to play in but the homeless are using them as toilets and drug havens.

The usage of this park is for the enjoyment of all residents in the area...not as a homeless encampment

This problem is getting out of hand. These people are a threat to public safety. I have seen them with items that could be used as weapons literally breaking into a car, have been harassed by them and see too many suspicious things to feel safe in my neighborhood. The public who are just going about their daily life shouldn’t feel unsafe. There needs to be stricter laws for thefts and harassment including panhandling because more than likely illicit drug use is involved which is a cornerstone of violence and crime.

I refuse to let myself my child play anywhere near this park because of the unsanitary, unsafe conditions. Furthermore, I do not feel safe when accompanying friends and family to play sports at the field. Please make our parks safe!

The homeless situation in NH is out of control! They have been allowed to take over Adams Ave Park now their doing the same to award canyon! How come us tax paying home owners aren’t able to use our neighborhood parks or feel safe in front of our homes!

This neighborhood is being overtaken by roving groups of homeless. I have called the non-emergency number six times. And I've been forced to call 911 three times . All this in the last four months.

I used to take my kid to this park on our way home from daycare. Sadly it has become unusable and unsafe due to homeless inhabitants. In addition they and their antics have spread to other parts of the neighborhood. I don't even feel safe riding my bike to the store and locking it up. I also live close and concerned about my vehicles parked in my driveway, my home and rise in petty crimes in the area. Do we need to see an uptick in assaults and harassment before something is done?

I have lived in this area for over 50 years. I went to school just down the street from this park. My family has lived and worked in the Normal Heights/ Kensington area for over 75 years. My son played baseball here. My youngest son attended school at Adams Elementary. Never in all that time have I ever seen anything as bad as what exists currently. I no longer feel safe in my own community. I am glad my children are grown otherwise I probably would have moved them out of this area. Something needs to be done now! It is not acceptable to expect tax paying, law abiding citizens to quietly put up with the destruction of their community.

I want my neighborhood back to feeling safe and secure. I call the non emergency line about 2-3x week due to ongoing camping, they build fires in parking lot, leave trash, camping out in my alley, where I can't leave due to feeling unsafe walking by them, leaving there stuff all over the neighborhood, and using our streets as a bathroom. I am a single mother and worry about my kids having to navigate safely thru our neighborhood. Thief has increased and overall does not feel safe anymore. These particular homeless guys in our neighborhood act like the own the street with their belongings.
