They are aggressive and bully their way into the restaurants and the trash and urine they leave behind is horrid. We are going to have a Hep A issue and the area is connected to the school. They leave the park at night and line up in front of businesses and leave a mass of clean up for the owners of the businesses. It is getting horrendous.

This is a children’s park that can no longer be used by children.. and it’s also a half a block away from an elementary school.. I have heard if it were designated a children’s park they would not be allowed to congregate there, something needs to happen.

Me and my husband have 5 kids. My husband drives Uber and he mostly work night and early mornings. We are all worried for his safety and our children’s safety. The homeless people are everywhere. We can’t even open our kitchen window or our bathroom window for fresh air because they sit infront of our window and they can see us. Our kids are in 4 different schools. They used to take public bus when we were in Northpark but now after we moved to Adams we are giving them ride to school and to Appartment. It’s not safe, it’s scary

My wife has been harassed enough by the homeless around this area. It's time for change. These peo do not want help to get on their feet they want money for drugs and beer. I know because I reached out multiple times. Get them away from our families before it spreads to be a bigger issue

It is absolutely disgraceful the police can not do more to remove this criminal element. Not homeless down on their luck, these are drug abusing criminals. Perhaps a good start would also be to repeal Prop 47 which seems to have tied law enforcements hands, who thought decriminalizing/reducing to misdemeanor methamphetamine usage and abuse was a good idea, so they could clear the jails? Please not only contact local leaders but state officials need to hear us too! I've lived here since 1997 and this is not acceptable or "urban" living!

Work next door. Tired of seeing drug use next to children. Tired of being disrespected walking by. Tired of people being afraid for their safety. Police do not do anything about heroin use in the park by kids or literally when they shoot up behind our back door. If Kensington streets and parks are law enforced, so should ours. Absolutely disgusting how selective our "protectors of the citizens" are.

We are very concerned with this situation and many of the team members here at the salon are not comfortable and do not feel safe. We have tried almost everything including calling the authorities many times. PLEASE HELP US RESOLVE THIS. Our business’ livelihood is on the line!!!

Enough is enough. The criminal activity in and around this park has been going on for more than a year with no consequences for the criminals. Criminal activity includes drug use, drug dealing, drinking, intimidation of residents who as a result don't feel comfortable using this park, fire starting and property theft in the surrounding neighborhood.

Interesting that park in Kensington or the side streets don't have this issue. Selective enforcement. Wonder if the fence could be extended and gates only ADA compliant so that mobile trailers can't be brought in.

There is something wrong when playground equipment cannot be utilized by the children it is intended for because of homeless camping out at the site.
