Maitreya Festival at Wooroonook Lake in 2016 & beyond

I really hope it goes ahead in 2016, making a road trip from W.A. for it (hopefully)

I am sick of all councils everywhere. 3/9/1988 referendum for no councils.. Look it up 2.7 million in profits and they are worried about late paper work..get a clue

Clearly th me council members are full of incompetent socialists that do not appreciate the economic, cultural, and other widespread benefits that these gatherings emboy. A complete lack of understanding in my view -- they need wake up to the 21st century and take a progressive stance in council policy. The reverberations throughout the local community are widespread, and the uneducated paper_pushes in their inferior stance of governing capacity will surely be overruled in courts. Good luck going against the social movement. It's enivetible. Just ask Bezos, Musk, Zuckerberg & Page for their views. Your incompetent, backward, and need to adjust your fundamental approach to bring yourself up to speed with prosessive economics. Dickheads.

This is a quality event that is mutually beneficial for the community locally as well as the Maitreya community of attendees and Staff.

Can't believe we have to do this what a joke. Good going on the council great to see how much they care about their community. Stumbles!!

Community support is there, Benefits outlive risk. Tell people to put rubbis in the bin and organise a site properly to prevent noise laws being broken. Sounds Like FUN!! and good investment.

Please keep this festival and give everyone a chance to visit Wooroonook and be part of your awesome countryside for a weekend! And a have little fun as well!

As long as we educate one another on the reduction of damage on the site of Lake Wooroonook, then there should be no reason as to we can't enjoy this beautiful coming together of humanity.

Time to rid this "old council" and get some young fresh blood. Last year was a great success! I live locally and the people who came were well behaved and a huge asset to our town. Our council is supposed to be broke, yet they cancel this festival??? Shame on you Buloke Shire.....what happens when our local stores close down, so does Charlton! P.s. I must note the Shire office has closed here already because of bad management and huge debts......wake up to yourself!!!

Do the right thing…Let Maitreya light up the community with Art, music and culture! in 2016

This is an essential part of our growth, what would see a Doof/festival is really something of high caliber and a key essence to our progression of humanity would be allowing and giving Maitreya the chance to be and is to be with her as one.
