Unfair Unjustly Maintenance Fee Increases 41%

I agree the maintenance fee increase is excessive.

Please accept my support and fighting these exceptionally high fee

Excessive Increases have to be explained and justified....

This place needs to cater to the owners, like they promised originally.

Ridiculous raises in H.O.A.fees the last couple years!

This is way out of line . We as owners have no more rights than someone coming in under RCI . The maintenance fees should be spread evenly between all parties using the property.

Maintenance fees are now higher than night fares that non-owners pay for 7 day stay. Not fair!

Hope we can get some results. We bought in 2016

This would not be an issue of an increase, if the place was improving. HOWEVER, this is NOT the case.

I would Also Believe as A Owner We should see documentations of Work that has been Done ! Rather then Work said to be done n Never Completed! It Ok to Raise Fees to justify an expense. But not when it Continues to be a Rumor or Never Ever get Approved or Done !! Thank You !
