This goal keeps my child from sitting in front of the tv. It keeps them from getting fat. It also keeps them out of trouble, by them playing basketball.

The hoop should stay! It offends no one and pleases many. Any attempt to force its removal is just an attempt to show power, which is piss poor leadership.

The kids in the neighborhood enjoy this basketball goal. It encourages the kids to put down the devices and engage in outdoor activity and socialize with other kids. If the city takes this goal away from them, I believe you owe these kids an explanation as to why. Thank You for your consideration.

Please allow the basketball goal to stay. It's a good source of entertainment for the kids & keeps them out of trouble with having something to do.

There is no harm in the basketball hoop staying. The developer dontated the land behind Stillwater to the City of Burleson then he ileagly took dirt from the City’s property to use to plot the pad sites for homes. When it rains there is a huge drainage issue on the City’s property. The residents of Shannon Creek have been told on sever occasions that the city is “trying” to force the developer to put back dirt he has taken! This has been on going for years, so know this problem has become our problem! Please show up at the city council meet on Tuesday so that the City of Burleson can here your voice!!

Yes!! We need more community activities and places for kids to run, play and explore. We moved here with the expectation and promise of a nature trail and fishing pond. We have yet to see anything. I hope it will be a priority in the next phase of building. A imaginative playground would be very much appreciated and a pool will solidify us staying in the neighborhood!!
