We believe the Duty of Care to the Children attending Magna Academy Poole is so poor that in multiple situations it amounts to bullying and something must be done about it urgently. It is not all about targets if such targets are at the detriment to the care of your child. Opinions and views expressed are those of the individuals concerned. Set up to enable a voice without fear. Please do not swear. Integrity is fundamental as a mark of respect to those who need their voice to be heard. This petition has recently been silenced by a complaint. We cannot let the voice of the children and their concerned parents dissipate, so all should continue to support how they can. Thank-you for those showing dignity in the process.

I honestly did not think we would bounce back this fast after the complaint tried to pull the plug on us. It feels like the momentum is finally shifting because people are actually starting to see that caring about a child outweighs these cold institutional targets.

I can't believe if the children are put in isolation for forgetting a book they get marked down as non attendance therefore it hinders their 100% attendance!!! Whats the point of that.... No wonder the children don't want to go in
They have their "Celebration Assembly" today where they get told if they have gone up out down in their sets, Shame the students call it the "Relegation" assembly as all their names are read out in front of all to hear how good or bad you are! Public humiliation!
I am very concerned that the children are being called liers. That is very unprofessional of any adult in this industry to say to a student. I'm a retired police officer and have been appalled by what my granddaughter has told me about magna. It needs investigating.
The fear they are under does not help them flourish to their full potential. The fear factor seems to have gone too far and there are too many children that are scared for the wrong reasons and that can lead to emotional damage that at this age is hard to repair if it continues.
after battling with the school for 2 years i gave up and have moved my children to another school. Mr. tutt refuses to realise some children need a little extra help, but is willing to take their funding. every child is equal and should be treated with care and compassion.
The lessons from past abusive of children ,their carers ,parents and concerned individuals MUST be heard LISTEN now or be held accountable for your failure to protect in the future .
I am a student in year 7 and feel as if I am being bullied......not by the students but by some of the teachers. This is not good for my education and I don't feel safe in this prison. I think it is horrific that the staff are treating us the way that they do and don't think that this is the way that they want to treat us. At this school we are not allowed an opinion and get shouted at for not doing anything wrong and even answering questions. We are not even allowed to put our hands up in lesson! This building is not a school it is a prison cell and this should by followed up by ofsted. This should not be the way that we should be treated when we are learning at school. I would like to leave this school and my mum says if nothing changes she will move me as I'm not happy at all. I don't want to leave my friends but I feel really down all the time. I know alot of my friends are not happy here either....i wish things were different!

it is disgraceful how they can treat the students in the school, they can get pulled out of all lessons for not having a 30cm ruler. yes because that one ruler will stop them from learning like being pulled of lesson will.
