If I were to replace my current factory exhaust with an aftermarket, it will be both more fuel efficient and lower my vehicle's emissions

Not every state uses front plates, so why should we? It is a waste of resources and redundant. Aftermarket Exhaust systems do not always mean LOUD. and generally improve a vehicles efficiency.

Exhausts save motorcyclists lives, if they're quiet, there will be a lot more accidents and deaths.

Motorcycles are always just as loud, if not louder. We get our benefits from altered exhausts, such as people hear us in there blind spots or they can hear us coming when snow banks are too high/blinded areas

I believe those who vote on legislature, should keep in mind that the vehicle customization industry produces billions of dollars in spending. Creating bills like this, inhibit entrepreneurs, and decrease the incoming tax dollars (which we can agree is not in abundance).
