This is worse that shenanigans at the NV State Legislature. Shame on you! Follow the rules for public notices and meetings.

DO NOT SELL OUT AND SELL OUR MLS TO ANY PRIVATE INVESTOR. DEAR PRESIDENT, RESIGN IMMEDIATELY

Live meeting. Nitthing is positive to sell the MLS. Who else is also silently involved to benefit in the sale?

I vote NO. Try not to treat us like we're children. Follow the rules adopted in past situations and give back 30-day notice to review any and all changes made to our original documents.

These bylaw changes represent an overall shift toward top-down control across multiple motions. It's a clear theme: -Less transparency -Fewer elected voices -More power to a small circle at the top Changes were approved just days before election filings opened, which suggests possible political motivation. The Big Picture Risk: Our influence as a dues-paying REALTOR® is being diminished. We may have fewer checks and balances to protect our business interests, our data, and our voice in local governance.

As a member concerned about the future of our profession, I believe these bylaw changes should be discussed in an open general membership meeting before any vote. The MLS is the backbone of our business, and decisions affecting its governance must be transparent and involve full member input. A rushed Zoom vote with limited discussion undermines trust in our association

This needs to be reviewed thoroughly by all members and just not the ones to benefit from it.

Shame on the BOD for trying to pass a shady vote days before apps go out. So we can put people like John on the board to get away more questionable things, let’s get the people who have no knowledge and have never given a money or time volunteering at LVR.
