The Bylaw changes must be addressed at a general membership meeting not via a zoom meeting with member input restricted

The association cannot give members 11 days notice until that bylaw is changed. The current 30-days requirement needs to be withheld unless members change it. Also, getting rid of committees that have been in place for years that serve a purpose is unfounded. Specifically forms. As current chair and a long time member of LVAR, I can tell you wholehearedly that an attorney alone cannot make the changes as they are not practicing real estate agents & property managers. They require our input which is why the forms committee was created in the first place - these arbitrary decisions are crapola! Cancel the 30th of July meeting and notice the membership for a general membership meeting like it is supposed to be.

I believe the members need to continue to have a voice in voting etc. The presidential term not having a limit is also very concerning

NO proxy votes! NO decisions or changes to Bylaws without a general membership meeting that includes comments and input from members! RESTORES 30-day notice requirement!

I oppose the Association making changes just 11 days before they are set to be voted on electronically, without providing members any opportunity for input or debate. Members deserve a fair amount of time to review, ask questions, offer feedback, and engage in discussion regarding any proposed changes to the Association’s Bylaws.

I do not support anything that would eliminate or silence the ability for all members to have opinions and votes.

Cancel the Zoom Bylaws meeting on July 30.

I feel it is necessary to have an in person meeting to be allowed to discuss changes with the membership. It should be mandatory.

I don't trust GLVAR or NAR to look out for the members best interests.

Transparency 100% is needed in our LVR Membership and Board with equal & fair Communication by all members before any voting. Do the members have to go to Channel 13 and 5 again? Be Honest, Open and Fair. The word President means to protect members, not control or take advantage of members. Let Transparency Ring!!

I will vote NO on these bylaws. They do not represent changes with my best interests at heart.

I strongly believe that Members should be given the opportunity to thoroughly understand and openly discuss the proposed changes in a transparent and inclusive forum. Creating a space for open dialogue will not only foster clarity and mutual understanding, but also encourage valuable feedback, ensure informed decision-making, and promote a sense of shared ownership over the direction of these changes.

You need to cancel the Zoom Meeting and you need input from the Membership. You are making rules for thee, but not for me again!

This association belongs to the members, not just the BOD. TRANSPARENCY! Now and past events. We want to see financials and the investigation. Do NOT have this meeting with such little notice. Do NOT do virtual where members voices can't be heard

Way too much to discuss before there is a vote. NO transparency in this. (Need to change Article XII - Special Meetings like this currently need only 24 hour notice. Unbelievable!!!)
