Didn’t like the President’s condescension and disingenuous remarks. Can we create a petition to impeach GK?

After the last disaster of an election, this seems like another attempt to manipulate the membership.

Why the rush? Sure seems like a power grab that does not serve the body of LVR members.

LVR is a membership based Association. It is clear it's members have rejected these changes and the way they were rolled out. Take the changes back to the Bylaws Committee, allow the membership to participate and provide input.
Whether the changes are positive or not has been overshadowed by a botched roll-out just days in advance of the LVR Election timeline that the members do not support.
The longer this goes on the more it hurts our Membership, our Industry, and Public Image to the Consumer.

Why change anything? There hasn't been a public outcry for these changes. Something smells fishy.

PID - 229830 - I would like the Board of Directors to formally state that there will not be a sale of the MLS to an outside third-party as has been done in Colorado....REcolorado sold to MAZL, LLC whose sole member is Joseph E. Burks who is the President of Equity Title and also an association member...The Transaction has been done with a "NON-DISCLOSURE" agreement to hide the price and funding of the transaction.....Why is the board shrinking..?...Our MLS is wholly owned by LVR and who would vote on a sale would be the Board Members of LVR....

This appears to be a blatant attempt to take over the LVR. Curious that it occurs now. I wonder who is backing them? Follow the money!!!

The board and leadership need to slow down and listen. Seems pretty clear that the membership is in support of accountability, transparency, and the rightful representation of the members. Members are NOT in support of rushing changes that impact us all with little to no discussion or member input on the issues.

I'm very concerned about the bylaw revisions that are being proposed. I believe the membership has a voice that needs to be heard! Restricting decisions to a handful of people is unacceptable. I oppose the changes and the meeting for these changes.
