I stand with the concerns outlined regarding the lack of transparency and member input in the proposed bylaws changes. Voting on sweeping amendments without open debate, proper notice, or committee review undermines the democratic process and the trust of LVR’s 15,000+ members. I support a full and fair general membership meeting where all voices can be heard before any vote takes place. TAC

I prefer discussing these changes at the live general membership meeting scheduled for August. I believe these changes are intentionally being proposed on July 30th in a Zoom meeting that will not allow member input, and in advance of the 2025 LVR elections, which gives the appearance that the elections are being manipulated. LVR BOD is only allowing for an up or down vote on these changes, which does not allow for the transparency that is being touted.

Is it now become a totalitarian board? Who is this good for? Always follow the money, the money, the money. Then whose pockets are being lined? This type of stuff is why belonging to LVR is no longer making sense. Thanks for the Crazy. I'm done with this.

deleting Commercial CALV and MLS from BOD is ludicrous! Looks like all of this is for the likes of Zillow and some Wall Street situation. How about the small agencyies that sell commercial?

We have the right to be involved in this type of change. This board appears to be attempting to circumvent that right

First, thank you to those who took the time to put this together and help make the general membership aware of these controversial and suspect changes a select few individuals want to "railroad" past the rest of us. We need several general forums so all membership can find a time to attend (like we did with the BBA changes and the lawsuit) and then every member should be properly notified and asked to vote, with NO proxies. That is the democratic process.
