Dang kids have it bad.
Everyone deserves a chance to eat.
Even adults should realize you need time.
Zoning out in class could start to occur.
Now is the time to act.
Uphold civil truth!
Teach them a lesson.
Speak for each other.

I understand the new system is now integrated into our core classes throughout the day, but at the very least a change should be negotiated.

I may have graduated two years ago, but I still cannot fathom the idea of a mere twenty minute lunch. It's unfair to the students. Very little studying can be done in twenty minutes anyway. Lunch is the one period where students can relax and socialize. It's just as important as regular classes, and if anything, it's more important. Minds need breaks, no matter what standard the principal holds them to.

change the lunch so I can actually eat and not wait 10 mintes in line for my food and have 5 minutes to eat considering the time it takes to get to the cafeteria.

Our kids need at LEAST 25-30 minutes to properly have a meal which our schools say is "So Important"!

Literally stood out in the hallway outside 204 to finish my pizza because I wasn't allowed to bring food in the room.

If i wanted a study hall, I would have scheduled one. Just because we are an over priviledged suburban school doesnt mean that we shouldnt get a lunch period. Stop trying to force students to do homework during lunch, it just pisses everyone off. We won the blue ribbon already, you can stop.
