Please ask the USA for help- please do good to Gods creatures - not harm. Sochi thought they should cull and because of the outpouring of help from all around the world at the Olympics, many found peace here on Earth..,and culling is not the answer. Please turn it around-- make a stand for dogs they are only Love -

find a solution... make it a law owners must get their pets spayed and neutered, licensed, tagged and micorchip.. That will end the stray problem

please, please stop illing these animals and move to a trap, spay/neuter program which in the long term will keep the population of stray animals down. i work for such a program in my town and after 10 years of working on trapping cats, we have virtually no feral cats left roaming the streets. it works!!
