If humans can not show compassion to an animal then what are the chances that they will do so for another human. Please this is not necessary. It is cruel and sick.

Stop punishing the dogs for the owners wrong doings, this is sick
This is just sad. Some of those dogs could use a loving home instead of being murdered.

There IS other solution! START to educate/inform ppl HOW to take care of animals/dogs. START to SPAY/NEUTER all dogs! HELP those ppl who not can afford it!
