so what about the homelessness? they are causing even more mess? is the mayor going to kill all the homeless to ? where is all the humanity in this world.
This is ridiculous! They don't slay homeless humans! Animals should be treated no different than that of a human being. Any stray dog is homeless out of an act of a human! Don't blame an innocent living creature for their irresponsibility and heartless actions!

Please set a strong example in the eyes of the world by showing compassion toward voiceless living creatures. Imagine children watching what you do and learning how to be kind from it.

Stray dogs are caused by irresponsible people and government. There is always a solution to this problem but it certainly is not mass killing. Why do animals have to be the ones who suffer, this is just a quick fix.
