COMO CIUDADANO DE UN PAÍS, URUGUAY, DONDE HACE UNOS AÑOS SE HA INICIADO UNA GRAN CAMPAÑA DE CASTRACIÓN DE PERROS Y PERRAS CON MUY BUEN RESULTADO, LE SOLICITO AL ALCALDE ENTRE EN CONTACTO CON ZOONOSIS PARA CONOCER NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA TAN POSITIVA. EL MEJOR AMIGO NO DEBE TENER UN DESTINO TAN CRUEL, NO NOS COMPAREMOS CON LAS POLÍTICAS DE EXTERMINIO, TÍPICAS DEL NAZIFASCISMO.
